Full-time Core Hours: Monday - Friday 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.; with Saturday
Provide direction and assistance in managing the daily
workflow for the department. Assist in monitoring the unit's work in process,
assist reps with questions concerning credit card accounts, and handle call
escalations. Position requires excellent verbal and written communication
skills, demonstrated leadership skills, strong analytical skills, creativity,
and strong people management skills. Must be proficient in Word and Excel; Four
years credit card experience and supervisory experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
