Public Utilities Specialist
Incumbent is responsible for energy accounting functions. Duties include developing and implementing procedures for reconciling the UGP's schedules and actual meter readings to those of other entities, verifying data used to compile inadvertent accounting which is then submitted to the customer for concurrence, reviewing and assuring accuracy of power accounting data. Duties also include providing assistance on the market and transmission settlement program operations, comparing contract provisions with amounts scheduled, interchange balances, and power accounting information to assure that contracts reflect current conditions and performing special studies.
